Well, what we got was a gently used spa in great condition at an amazing price. We had a few delivery issues, needed a crane and we were on a steep hill, but the guys handled it and we are extremely happy. Spa came with a temporary cover while they ordered at new one for us (part of the original price), which they recently delivered. The team also was available and helpful when I called regarding wiring questions for our electrician. Five stars all the way!

I went there to purchase a used swim spa, but I didn’t pull the trigger fast enough and they sold it to a person about an hour after I saw it. I told them the next day I wanted it and they told me what had happened. I bought the same swim Spa” brand new “and they gave me an excellent deal and I know they took a much smaller profit margin on it because they felt bad that I had missed out. I would recommend Spa Max to anyone looking to buy a new or used Spa. Bobby was excellent, low pressure sales approach, and an absolute huge selection of spas.
