Madeline did a great job of notifying us 30 mins prior to her arrival. She explained what she was going to do and asked if there was anything else we wanted to inform her about. She performed services and documented it with pictures (I’m sure some customers claim services weren’t done especially if not home). After completion she took credit for the services provided and thanked me for choosing aptive. She explained the next steps of the process for our follow up appointments. Great job.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT, SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE!!!! Even after all my complaints and courtesy repeats visits to take care of the ant issue! I GOT ANTS IN MY TESLA!! That was the end of the line for me… but trying to cancel them was like an act of god! On 3 separate occasions even after cancelation they continued scheduling me for service with the same tech I had sent away 3 times before. Again today I received a text that the same tech was arriving in 60 minutes! Spoke with customer service and the manager who were no help and would not reimburse my $95, credit I had from a payment I made! HORRIBLE IS PUTTING IT LIGHTLY! Go elsewhere where they use more than sugar and water to get rid of bugs!

I’ve had this service since May 2025. The first 3 months were fine, but after that everything went downhill.
They would either schedule and not show up, or show up without following the scheduled appointments. There was no consistency and no proper communication.
From December through May 2026, I was paying $110 every month for their “premium” plan (supposed to be every 20–40 days), and they only came ONE time in March.
They charged me for months of service they never provided. I constantly had to call just to try to get them to come out, and even then it didn’t get resolved.
When I tried to cancel, they gave me a hard time and tried to charge a $200 cancellation fee — even though they were the ones not holding up their end of the agreement because my payment was never late was automatically withdrawn from my account, but they Didn’t service my house as agreed
They refused to refund the months they didn’t service, so now I have to dispute the charges through my bank.
Do not use this company. You will waste your money and deal with nonstop frustration. Save yourself the headache and don’t fall for their promotions. If I could give negative stars I would. I basically paid $500 for one service really sucks specially in this economy

Be cautious before signing a contract with this company.
After I signed, the service quality dropped. Mosquito problems continued, and we still experienced frequent bites, along with stinging insects.
There were multiple months where no technician showed up, yet I was still billed on time.
I contacted customer service several times. They told me a supervisor would call me back to follow up, but I never received any return call.
When I asked to resolve the issue, the only option offered was to cancel the contract with a $199 cancellation fee. I was also warned about possible collections if I did not follow the contract terms.
Make sure you carefully review the contract, understand the cancellation terms, and keep records of all service visits and billing.

This is the worst company ever. They do not keep their promises. Jonathan (Jay) came to my home and said I could try their service with no obligation. They made me sign the contract saying, If I liked it, I could continue the contract or I could cancel within three days with just a small fee. I told him upfront that I didn’t want to commit yet because I already had a contract with another company for the next six months. After four months, I said, I would reconsider. He promised nothing would happen if I let them know in three days. The very next day, I called and texted them, but Jonathan didn't have the necessary information. Despite my proof of cancellation, he later claimed he had no control. After a month, even though I showed them all proof, they still said it was my fault, and now they’re trying to charge me $200. Do not let them into your home—especially Jonathan. This is a scam targeting customers in Corona and Riverside County. Please protect yourself—this company does not work, and their service is a complete failure. Stay away!
