Do not buy any door nor window at lowes. I made that mistake and Its been 1 year that I'm trying to get the money back. First door was defected after 9 month I was able to make them replace it and the second was worse. Now it been 2 month and I can not get any solution from them. I had to hire a lawyer and I'm waiting to get my money back. I hope this review help you to do not make the same mistake,

10/12/26 Same stupid form letter reply from whomever at Lowe's monitors these reviews. That 800# is automated and probably a bot. I've already wasted enough time attempting to get Lowe's to reverse this stupid $41 return fee. I've paid it because the lousy $41 isn't worth losing any more of my precious time waiting on the damn phone like an idiot for a Lowe's employee that can make a decision instead following a script.

I ordered 2x8x8 boards for delivery, they delivered to the wrong house and then when I got to bringing the lumber in, there was a huge crack right through one of the pieces, a huge gauge in another. I tried calling the store but it's impossible to talk to a real person. Their 'virtual assistant' is absolutely useless, and when they 'connect you with a store associate' the phone just rings endlessly. This is a $41 piece of wood and it's absolute crap and there's no accountability.

I recently went to Lowe’s and unfortunately had an uncomfortable experience. While I was there, I ran into my former manager Jas, and she made a slick comment toward me that I felt was unnecessary and disrespectful. I was there simply to shop, and the interaction completely changed my mood and ruined what should have been a normal experience.
I understand that people may have their own opinions or personal feelings, but I don’t think customers should be made to feel uncomfortable or upset while visiting the store. I left feeling disappointed because I never expected to be treated that way during a simple shopping trip.

It was a mixed bag. We went there because a bathroom faucet was out of stock in Concord. The staff member I stopped to help me find it looked for nearby inventory and said Antioch has four still in stock.
We went to Antioch and upon entering the store I see two young female staffers having a conversation and I asked where the plumbing department is located and one asked exactly what was I looking for and I told her a bathroom faucet. She said to look in aisle 6 or 16. There was nothing in either aisle remotely related to what I needed.
I walked all the way to the end of aisle 16 and eventually saw a middle aged man and asked him and he told me aisle 41 which was in the opposite direction and there they were.
The particular faucet wasn't on display with the other black matte faucets so I looked underneath the display for it in a box and it wasn't there. I found someone else and he started helping me and another, older man came a d they discussed it and the older man said the name sounded very familiar and he looked for it down the entire display. I told him it should be under the black matte display because that's what it is. In the meantime, several other workers came by to helped but the two declined their help and then the older man found it on the shelf under the chrome fixture display.
Kudos to the men on aisle 41 and those who stopped by to help. Demerits to the young girls and whomever put the stock of a back matte fixture on the shelves with the chrome fixtures.
