They arrive that day or the next and regularly return to see if the traps-- no poisons-- worked. It has worked every time and they have been persistent in retrapping until it does. Our lawn and plants thank the Gopher Team, so do we.

Mark Weitzel has been especially helpful monitoring our large yard and ferreting (just kidding, no ferrets thank goodness)out or persistent yard intruders. I recommend their monthly service.

From Caitlin, who set up the appointment, to Alex, who set the traps and explained to me what was gophers and what was moles, they are top-notch knowledgeable professionals. They're also incredibly nice people to work with. If you're in a similar situation, don't muck around, just call them. You won't regret it. Today's follow-up trap inspection was 2 for 2: 1 gopher (front yard) and 1 mole (backyard); as expected. Perfect score !!! Worth every dollar.
