  I've had issues with Voles in 2024 and 2026. The 2024 infestation was horrible and the little devils caused a lot of damage in my garden. One treatment from Gingrich eliminated the issue. This year, when I noticed the beginning of Vole activity, I called Gingrich again, One treatment and the issue is gone!!

  Within one week the team members came three times--first to set traps, second to remove two critters and set another trap location, and third to remove a third critter. They were courteous and helpful.

  The rating of this review reflects their 10 business day policy. Although they supposedly allow unlimited call outs when you sign up for their gopher/mole/vole service and their technicians are knowledgeable and do a great job when they do come to service, the company has a firm policy of not returning to your property for 10 business days after they have set traps or put out bait, no matter how much new activity occurs after their visit. They justify this by telling you that this time frame will result in the best chance of a catch that will minimize overall damage to your property. In my case, there was significant new activity after their visit and on the fifth day of this, I called to request a visit before the 10 working days and again a two days later. They refused. In frustration, on the fifth day, I set my own trap in the area of increased activity in our new lawn. There has been no new activity since I set my own trap in the area that they refused to come out before ten working days to address. Their technician came today and checked the three traps that they had set and there was no catch. While he was here, I checked my trap and we found that I had caught the critter in my trap and based on its state of decomposition, I obviously caught it awhile ago. In the technicians report, it indicates that there was no new activity and no catch and that they have pulled their traps. There is no mention of the fact that the homeowner caught the critter in an additional trap he set when they refused to come back before their self-set 10 business day rule. It is my opinion that the 10 day rule they enforce is not for your benefit, it is for theirs so they can accept and service (under their 10 business day service term) more customers with less technical staff, a profit based decision. Regardless of a 10 business day rule, when you advertise unlimited visits and a long-time customer calls to request a follow up visit because of extensive new activity, truly exceptional customer service would have been to waive that rule.
