  Disappointed, yes schuled time was between 8am and 5pm and that I would be notified an half an hour prior to the person arriving at my home. This never happened plus the technician arrived at 5.30pm. I waited the entire day, which is unacceptable. During the day I contacted your office for an update and Marco responded saying a technician will arrive between 8 and 5pm and will call me half hour before arriving, neither happened. Unless you can provide me with a much smaller appointment window and follow your protocol re arrival time then I am going to cancel this service. Please note that Jorden did a good job in completing the service Roy Schiefner

  The pest control technician did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was thorough in treating the problem areas and made sure all my questions were answered. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this company. Thank you for the great work!

  I had my first service today. I have no real issues with pests. I have some spiders and saw a total of 6 cockroaches in 6 months in the garage only. They seem very competent. However, after discussing potential issues with a “German” cockroach, I was told that is an up charge. Also, no coverage for termite treatment and no treatment for bees. I’m paying $100/month, with a 2 yr contract, which I think is a little steep. I feel that should include any infestation. The tech was very pleasant as well as the sales person. I’m just not overly thrilled with the coverage and now I’m stuck in a contract. I should have asked more questions.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I switched to this company after a door-to-door salesperson offered what seemed like a better rate than my existing pest control provider. Looking back, I felt pressured into making the switch, and unfortunately, it has not been a positive experience. To be fair, the technicians and customer service representatives have always been friendly, professional, and efficient. However, the actual results have been disappointing. Over the past 12 months, we've noticed significantly more bugs and pest activity than we ever experienced during the three years we used our previous provider. We have repeatedly had to request revisit appointments because the treatments didn't seem to be resolving the issues. After a full year of service and continued pest activity, I contacted the company to cancel. I explained that I did not feel they were delivering on the service promised, given how often we needed follow-up visits and the lack of improvement. I was told that I was locked into a 24-month contract and would need to pay a $200 cancellation fee, with no exceptions. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to work with me despite my concerns. I was told that it can take time for treatments to be effective, but after 12 months, I believe that should be more than enough time to see meaningful results. I'm disappointed that I'll now have to pay a fee just to switch back to a provider that was more effective for us. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

  Hi Aptive I have the worst tech servicing my house today They didn't even do half job he spend 5 minute on my house i was inside watching him and texted me that his done when i did go to him and take him to my porch all the spider wheb still there, didn't even spry about spiders, refused to put rat and mois bit Also was very rude i did a video him so i do have a prove of his neglect work and pour services The reason i always wasn't home when they service my house and i'm still getting coacoratch to the house, rat and mice on my house, i'm getting a lot of spider when around my house so i questioned Aptive company work that i been paying 2 years
