  This time when I had my original appt scheduled for this month I asked our service guy, Anthony to please treat inside the house due to us having an increased amount of big black spiders n also for prevention to treat for ants. He stated that since it’s scheduled for re Service I can’t ask for him to do all this extra stuff. When I stated that this should not be a service appointment there’s must’ve been some mistake. It should be my regular monthly appointment. He started selling me a higher package. Well originally, as I told customer service when your sales person came in, he told me that the package that He has sold him. It is a monthly one for services. I’ve learned into this issue before when I spoke to the customer service due to the wrong information that I received from a salesman. I was provided to have it monthly, but kept at the same price he did not wanna listen to any of that kept interrupting me was extremely rude and unprofessional and continued on trying to sell me stuff when I ask him a simple question so why did you come in and if you keep telling me there are no notes on re Service . So once again I questioning then why are you here and he said well I’m nothing to do for you today. Have a nice day and then he had a decency to actually cancel my appointment when I spoke to customer service that day. The lady deeply apologize for everything she set me up for another appointment however it was supposed to be someone else. I can’t say that Anthony had provided bad service when He came back the next day or the day after. However, that is not how you probably do business and you definitely never speak to the customers back so your staff needs to be educated, especially the ones that come to do services on how to speak customer service language. You never yell raise your voice or interrupt the customer when they’re speaking and if you don’t know exactly what the answer is you tell the customer I can only apologize and find out from my manager. So I would prefer not to have Anthony coming to my house and service it because he’s not a pleasant person. Thank you.

  Always polite, professional, and considerate as to when they arrive letting us know ahead of time. Usually an excellent job wiping down all of the spiderwebs they can see even on our arbor as we always ask them and they normally do this time however, not all of them were knocked down. In fact, most were not, though I did ask. No worries though I know they usually do and it was just probably missed or they were in a bit of a hurry this time either way we’re all entitled to Forget something now and then. Still they do a good job overall and we Will continue to use their service services.

  I usually spry for bugs about 8 times a year, install tsp and fly traps, and monitor for mice in the garage. All of a sudden there was. service to do all of that professionally. Why a relief. On my first service they showed up on time and ddi all the work while I was not at home. What I like about the service is that they come out periodically and we can adjust what I need addressed. Looking forward to the next year.

  (updated from a previous review to be more comprehensive) Salesperson Ashton Algers actively ignored both a visible "No Soliciting" sign and a specific request stating "Sleeping Baby - Do Not Knock." He knocked through dozens of houses in our neighborhood, waking up children. He is aggressive and knocking on doors even after 8:30PM. When asked to present his permit, he was unwilling to. Is this the type of company you want to be working with? If this is how they train and the type of employees they hire, I can't trust the work they'll do in and around our home. When attempting to contact Aptive's team, they were somehow unable to locate this representative from the city + name. As if there are multiple Ashton Algers running around 😂.
