Then have the nerve to try to upsell my wife to treat a different kind of bugs, as if the 100$ a month isn’t already a rip off for the service I receive. Been waiting for my contract to be over since it’s almost impossible to cancel.

Since it had been sometime since we'd had an inspection he explained everything he'd be doing and it was obvious he was thorough and knowledgeable about all aspects of treatment. Can't say enough about Bruce and his professional, not pushy demeanor. He alone would be the reason we'd contact Aptive again.

They also don’t come once a month, sometimes it’s every other month and you still get charged the full $80 every month. They also always miss spiderwebs or whatnot so they don’t even do a good job all the time, I always find big spiderwebs the day after or so that seemed like an obvious thing to spot.
