Everything started out great, then little by little it all started getting complicated, like they were making up new rules as they go along. All of the sudden I was approached while organizing the things in my unit and I was told that I was not allowed to be there for over one hour at a time. I was told that I was only supposed to be dropping things off or picking things up and leaving, anything more would be considered loitering. Loitering? Like Im not a paying customer. I pay my bill every month to be treated like I'm breaking the law? It didn't seem fair so I reviewed my contact and nowhere in any of the fine print did I find where it stated I'm only allowed one hour per day to be on property. I felt very mistreated and disrespected for the lack of care the staff showed toward my concern about the unprofessional manner in which I was being treated. I was promised a climate controlled facility but the only place that was climate controlled was the front office. The building my unit was in was hot and miserable the entire time I was there. Giving 2 stars is very generous for my experience with this location, I do not recommend

A great first experience with Extra Space Storage. Christina, the Assistant Manager, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with renting me a unit. She was sure to let me know about the promo packages being offered currently which helped to receive a discounted price on the monthly premium. I believe the unit I rented will be the appropriate size for my needs. I could see that the facility was well maintained as well.
