So so helpful! Mikayla, the manager is amazing! I rented a unit for my daughter’s college move in and she was so gracious in accepting all the packages on our behalf and thoughtfully storing and stacking them in our unit for us. She greeted us when we went to retrieve them and gave specific instructions on how something was leaking in a box but she placed it in its own area so it didn’t get any other boxes wet.

Moving in with Mikayla’s (so sorry if I misspelled!) help was great. I called for support and she was there right away to help! She got on her cart and came riding to us with ice cold waters and helped us open the door, showed us how to get the elevator and dolly and made sure we didn’t have any issues. I love great customer service and she was amazing!
