This place was great.Started my rental over the phone.At about four o'clock on a Sunday. Had trouble with the keypad customer service.They got me a touch with tech support who was able to get me inside the gate and literally walk me right to my storage.All over the phone.Five stars to the tech support and customer service for going above and beyond. The Next day , Monday morning nine thirty a m i get.A call from carol , the onsite manager following up to make sure that I was good and to introduce herself. The most professional treatment, I have received in a long time. Thank you so much, Extra Space Storage.And Carol, a special thank you, and I hope that somebody will Let you know what a great job you're doing.
