I just bought a clothes washer at this place and the black woman that worked in appliance section with the big hair and the big nails was amazing at her job I give her big respect she should get a raise because she actually whether she's pretending or not that she actually looks like she cares about helping the customer and that's all I asked for these days so good on her for doing that and being good at her job thank you

They had a guy from SCOPES facilities maintenance pressure washing the front of the store at 11:30am. He locked the front entrance with NO sign stating it was closed but felt he could scream at me that it was locked and then called me stupid. In what world do you have a guy like this harassing your customers at the entrance? He doubled down and turned off his pressure washer to get in my face and talk shit and state he would give me his name to call a complaint. Not sure what this guy's problem is but he was looking for a fight in front of Lowes. Went inside to male a complaint and nobody working there cared to even see what the issue was. Waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes to speak to a manager to have the phone just ring with no answer. I called the main corporate line to voice my complaint as the store did nothing to hear out the customers. Put up a sign and Inform customers what is going on cause we don't know what he locked up amd didn't. Why are you pressure washing the front entrance at 11:30AM on a Friday? Will NEVER stop at Lowes ever again as I almost caught a charge dealing with SCOPES facility maintenance guy today

Ordered a bestway pool, delivery was supposed to be 3 days. Two weeks, 14 phone calls, 2 hours and 15 minutes on hold, transferred 9 times, disconnected 4 times later, I finally reach a manager to find out where my pool is. Manager tells FedEx lost the pool and assures me ill have it in 3 days. One week later, still no pool so, I start the process of trying to reach a manager again. Same thing. Phone call after phone call, 1 hour on hold, 3 transferrs,, 2nd manager tells me she'll get back to me, never did. 2 weeks later, still no pool and no answers but, you can bet they've already taken the money out of my bank. Zero help from lowes!

I usually don’t write reviews, however in this case I believe it’s necessary to prevent others from going through what we went through. My wife and I are 72 years old and she has Alzheimer’s. 2 1/2 years ago we went to Lowe’s and purchased a new LG washer and dryer. We also purchased the Lowe’s Protection Plan. Last week the dryer shorted out with sparks flying out of the back. The machine has been used normally, after all we’re a senior retired couple. We took the proper steps and contacted customer service for the Protection plan. A 3rd party repair company came out and discovered it was a burnt power cord and internal wiring harness. He said he couldn’t repair it and he’d file a report to either have it fixed or replaced as the Protection Plan indicated. He acknowledged the damage and took photos. After waiting a week, I was emailed saying after careful review they decided that it was the power cord only and it was my responsibility to replace it. Keep in mind it’s been quite a bit of time without the dryer, after many phone calls, I was told I would have to go through a lengthy dispute process. Who knows how long that would take. We decided to junk the dryer and by a used one for the time being. BEWARE: LG appliances are inferior. BEWARE: Lowe’s Protection Plan is scam. We found that the whole process is quite atrocious. Shame on you Lowe’s for treating people this way. Run around after run around. I was a general contractor for 30 years. I would have never treated a customer that way. I highly doubt Lowe’s will make it right. Lowe’s has lost a loyal customer.
