Lines in garden area long. Not enough cashiers. Could not find what I wanted had to look for assistance. Need carts in the garden area. I am handicapped. Had to have someone to fetch me one. A customer said the carts were scarce.

I had the pleasure of working with two outstanding employees at Lowe’s who went above and beyond.
Shawn, the Paint Department Manager, is absolutely one of a kind. His hospitality and customer service are second to none. This was my second time working with him, and both experiences have been fantastic. Shawn is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly cares about helping customers. Thank you, Shawn!
Tina, the Store Manager, is also amazing. When I was having trouble with Lowe’s Cash on the app, she personally stepped in, showed me exactly how to use it, and applied it without any issues. Went into the store on Saturday to get some paint. Gary was very helpful on input on colors and helped me right off the bat. He suggested great products and helped from start to finish. Best customer service I have received from Lowe’s.

I prefer the one off of Zinfandel for customer service but either way both are organized the same as much as I noticed. Overall the offer everything I look for and it's easy to find anything that I'm not aware of location-wise

I made an order on Wednesday 4/22/26, total amount more than 1k. Delivery day was on Friday, 4/24/26. I hire the team to work this this materials. Then they informed me, something wrong with their forklift, what is obviously is not my problem. Store informed me in rude words, closest delivery day is on Monday, 4/27/26. I have to take day off coz store is not able to complete delivery on time. If you want somebody to disrespect you, ruin your plans, welcome to this place. Worst experience ever will be guarantied. Updates: I got a call from store rep, she stated they will able to deliver my order on Monday next week only, cos next day delivery is full. Associate interrupted me and required me to to cancel delivery if I’m not satisfied. Sure, I cancelled the order. Then I got refund with $920. Despite’s I paid $1005 for order with at-home delivery. So, if you want to be charged for more then $80 for delivery of nothing, welcome to the Lowe’s on Greenback. Last updated: on Saturday morning 4/25/26 I got a message that delivery was completed. Store actually did not deliver anything and had cancelled refund. Store rep stated via message he does not have proof of delivery and is not able to make refund. This is fraud for $1005.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
