- HNHenry NavarroMay 2, 20261.0No stars for 5 Star Appliance Repair. Very disappointed, 2 different technicians came out 5 times to repair our Viking range over a few months. Paid $2,500 to replace a part because the oven wasn't lighting. Never fixed the problem. Then sent an estimate $4,600 more to complete the repairs. Attempting to charge twice for a part that had been replaced. Called another Viking approved company. Repaired in an hour $565 to replace the igniter. Should have been replaced the first time. Not the computer board at $2,500. Pissed off in Richmond, Ca.

One being the drain trap on top of the sink. He was right! Problem fixed and didn’t cost me a thing. Old school service like it use to be. Thanks Steve!
