  Two very professional fellas came out for warany work on appliance I purchased elseware. They fix it no time flat. Walked me through the issue and when the left all was in order and clean. Very polite and dressed in company shirt very pleased and would use again and recommend them highly.

  I have used Best Appliance on several occasions as they are the only company that will work on my Wolf appliances. My oven was having issues, I call Best Appliance and they sent a repairman within a few days, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part within a week they were back to repair. The service is excellent, they are very professional and respectful of my home. They are well trained and know what they are doing. I am very grateful to have a company that has well trained employees on Wolf products. Like their name says, they are the BEST! Thank You to Jay and Dennis…

  I recently had warranty work on my Sub-Zero refrigerator. The switch that turns on the inside refrigerator lights was defective and quit working. I called the Sub-Zero service/warranty number and they very quickly found my local repair company who happened to be Best Appliance. I could not have asked for a better experience. From scheduling to their communication before, during and after the service call, Best Appliance demonstrated the utmost professionalism and competence. My technician, Dennis, was exactly on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the replacement part was not on the truck and needed be ordered. Dennis promised the part in a few days and when he received it (3 day later) scheduled an appointment to install it the next day. Again, Dennis arrived exactly when scheduled and was done in a matter of minutes. Since this job was under warranty, there was no charge. This was an A+ experience and can unequivocally recommend Best Appliance.
