  I’ve had a positive experience with the company since the start of the year but today left me feeling unsettled. I was at my unit fixing a few things when a bat started flying around me. I immediately notified the front office and was told that they already called someone from pest control to come over at some point. I understand that pests can be an issue with storage units, but I’m concerned that the company was aware of a bat in the area and did not notify me or other customers. This feels like a significant liability, and although I’ve appreciated both the staff and the condition of my unit up to this point, it seems as though this situation isn’t being taken seriously. That experience has me concerned for how future issues may be handled.

  I really want to recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit. They have great sizes starting from 5x5 and even bigger. The workers are really nice and helpful, also free waters!! Great customer service overall!
