  I had a wonderful experience with Karena at Smart Self Storage. She was very polite, friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. Her customer service was excellent! She took the time to show me the different unit sizes and helped me figure out which one would best fit my needs without making me feel rushed or pressured. She was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Karena truly cares about her customers and is a great asset to the company. Kudos to her for providing such outstanding service!

  I’ve had a great experience with Smart Self Storage of Eastlake! The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really stands out is the excellent customer service. Ariana, the manager, is fantastic! She is friendly, professional, helpful, and always takes the time to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the customers and the facility. I highly recommend Smart Self Storage of Eastlake, especially if you’re looking for a clean, secure place with great management. Thank you, Ariana, for making the experience so easy and pleasant!

  After dealing with Extra :Face ( nomenclature derived from the two faced employees) and Pubic Storage ( cuz i felt like I got kicked in the groin) ,Eastlake brought a COMPLETELY Seamless experience at almost half price. Mother and son handled my rental personally. This is THE way to do business. Kudos to staff!!!

  Angel and his coworker have been amazing. I have been comparing storage facilities in the area for the last week. I am being very picky because I know I will probably leave my things for one year. Honestly, these guys are at the very top of the list and that’s after looking at seven places. The one thing that sets them apart is their customer service. I’ve been there four times to look at different units and take measurements. These guys are amazing and have made me feel comfortable as I have a lot of questions. Angel was working at the another storage that I used this spring. He moved to this new facility and I hope they keep him happy here because he is very customer focused.
