  Definitely five stars. The people in the office were amazing the manager Arianna is easy to work with and very pleasant. Definitely recommend this facility.

  Great customer service and very safe storage units at Smart Self Storage of Eastlake. The staff made everything simple and stress-free. The location is convenient, prices are fair, and the facility looks brand new. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.

  Amazing experience at Smart Self Storage of Eastlake! The staff was super friendly and professional, and the whole facility was very clean and secure. Move-in process was fast and easy. Highly recommend if you need storage in the Eastlake area

  Excellent service from start to finish- Dr. Nii Aryee Tetteh I just stored items and it is great experience with Extra Space Storage. The staff Adriana and her colleagues were incredibly helpful when I was downsizing, and they helped me find the perfect unit size for my needs. The facility is clean, well-lit, and secured, Prices were competitive and no hidden fees. Highly recommend!
