- MLMaurice LogaMay 10, 20261.0Horrible customer service. I went to the store to replace an item that was defective with a different one, the associate processed the refund without taking a moment to understand that I just wanted to replace the item. When I tried to buy it again, the price went up as I got the first one on sale and now I have to pay almost extra $50 to get the same item again. The associate refused to fix it and blamed it on me for saying a different piece. I should have told him a different piece of the same item. Overall he denied me with my request when I returned back to get the situation fixed. I never had such a hard time returning an item like this one. Let alone you struggle untill you get someone to help you find an item. I believe my experience at Home Depot is the total opposite!!

Though I find the Lowes friendlier help more consistent. As I said, probably spend half the time in Lowes and the other half at HD. Just depends on the item.

Closest location with it in stock is 13 miles away & you'll be paying full price for the privilege... You can save on junk appliances manufactured with planned obsolescence but not on soil to grow your own food this spring. This is a new low for lowes, do better.

- AMAlfredo MoralesMar 24, 20262.0I bought an LG Gas Stove and Dishwasher on same day from Lowe’s Chula Vista Feb 2026. Lowe’s vendors installed both. The Gas Stove has been smelling like gas is emitting from behind the stove or burner. I called LG and Lowe’s to let them know. LG was to send a technician but nothing. I called LG and Lowe’s when technician did not show and was referred by Lowe’s to the LG website to report. Apparently we can’t call anymore. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. LOWES IS QUICK TO DRAIN YOU OF YOUR MONEY BUT LACKING IN POST SALE ASSITANCE. Gas stove still smells like gas is leaking.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
