  Honestly thought itd be just a basic storage place but the staff was really helpful Prices are fair and the facility feels secure Definately will be using them again

  Honestly I felt so relieved walking out of here finally one less thing to worry about. The staff were super chill and helped me figure out the right size unit without making me feel dumb for asking a million questions which I definately did. I was expecting some complicated paperwork but it was quick and painless they got me in and out in like 15 minutes. The place itself is really clean and well lit too not creepy like some storage places Ive been to. The digital gate code setup is nice becuase I dont have to worry about losing a key or anything. already thinking about getting a bigger unit for some other stuff I need to store later.

  I’ve had a great experience at Chino Self Storage. Mary and Matthew are both incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and I feel confident storing my belongings here. Their excellent customer service really sets this place apart. Highly recommend Chino Self Storage!

  Today was an effortless day for me. I needed a storage unit ASAP, and someone referred me to Chino Self Storage. Upon my entering the office, I was greeted with a smile. The entire process was easy from start to end. Matthew displayed great customer service and excellent work ethics. Overall, I'm happy with the decision I made to get my Storage unit.

He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the rental process quick and easy. His customer service was outstanding, and he went above and beyond to make sure I found the right storage unit for my needs.
