  The gate hours used to be 7am to 7pm but I tried to go yesterday and for some odd reason something told me to just call to double check because I didnt want to get stuck locked inside there and behold they told me 6pm. 7pm is reasonable but 6pm? Most people dont get off work let alone are able to commute, load up their cars and get down there with enough time to unload by 6pm.. so that was a bummer.. Oh yeah, emphasis on the part where I didn’t want to get locked in.. when I first moved in, the gate locking was 7pm.. The staff had told me that I would have to be out completely before 7pm or i would be locked in and the fire department would have to come let me out. I honestly think that is ridiculous. Sometimes loading/unloading takes a little longer than expected so sure charge a fee for going past the time but don’t lock me in. Your gates keep track of who comes and goes so it shouldn’t be an issue letting me OUT the gate. It’s not like we’re able to go in and out both gates anyway. The gates are only accessible one way, we have to put in our code regardless to access and secure our unit once we leave so why not let me leave and continue to close up the entrance like you do when the office closes? So does this mean that I can actually stay overnight since your facility decided to lock me in? What if I dont want to call or pay for the fire department to let me out? Then what? Let me guess, then you will decide to call the police on me for trespassing yet its YOUR gates that are holding me hostage in YOUR facility since once again “YOU refuse let me leave”.. What sense does any of that make? You have surveillance cameras everywhere. You have an alarm and gate system that shows when units are accessed and when we enter and leave your facility, so whats the problem? On top of that i have an outdoor unit. Every time i come the inside of my unit is covered with dust from outside. Is there no way to fix this? I waste more time cleaning and sweeping out my unit than is actually spent loading and unloading my stuff. Ive tried putting down old blankets along the bottom of the door to try to stop it but that doesn’t help. Over the years some of my property was permanently damaged due to this. And conveniently you don’t even have any trash bins available so I have to load all the that dusty crap into the back of my car and dispose of elsewhere. I don’t live nearby so thats even a hassle.. Although ive been here for a number of years I don’t recommend this place. I would move but with the way the economy is right now I just don’t have the time. Also, the office hours don’t match the gate hours so if you have to use the restroom you’re sol because they keep the key inside the office. I think they should make the restroom accessible with your code as well to make it more convenient and customer friendly but hey you get what you pay for. Overall it’s too much of a hassle for the way they run this place. NEW CUSTOMERS, you have been warned. Hope this helps.

  I've never had to rent a storage unit before, it was easy and quickly done, I know I'm just starting out, but so far so good, I'm sure it's going to work out fine, talking with management was informative and helpful, if I have a problem, they will be there for me,

  This location has been good to us for quite a number of years. However, past managers Carlos as well as Bob & Jere were far more committed, helpful, and understanding managers to those renting than the current one. Perhaps the owner maybe has reduced his/her standard for employees. In addition, the climate controlled units/building are not kept at the cooler temperature as they should be and once were, especially when it is an advertised feature. Under the current management, I cannot recommend this place but can state the indoor building was kept clean and access to the unit was easy.
