After making me wait over 20 minutes going to find a person from one Department to the next until they went to the supervisor just so the supervisor, Liz, tells me that they can't honor that price even though all the products are place right underneath the tag. There wasn't a tag for the product anywhere

Every employee was basically on their phone. Four or five employees walked by us actually scrolling and texting before anyone helped us. Finally by the sixth when up to the front desk asked for help, then when we told them which flooring we wanted, they started pulling out a different color/pattern than the one we pointed out to them. Some of these people really don’t know how to do their job, or just don’t care too….

The Halloween noises going off at top volume are very disturbing, and I as a senior citizen felt physically ill, and I saw adults and children walking by with pained, looks on their faces. I have a sincere belief. Lowe's does not want people to be shopping in the store. Anymore, especially senior citizens. Because there's no checkout assistance. Just people watching checkout and going to Lowe's is no longer pleasant, but the Halloween things they're horrifying, and I also noticed, believe it or not, it has stress on the employees. It's abusive sound. You need to wait until Halloween month to play those. That's my opinion. I feel Lowe's has not with products gone downhill but absolutely destroyed the sense of customer connection in the community and most especially with senior citizens who physically cannot move things take out their card pay on a thing, load them all at once. So I would say when I want to go to Lowe's and every time I go, the level of stress makes me get upset at the machines. It's inappropriate, you don't want my money. You don't want me there. You just want to take care of big things. And contractors, who, by the way, are mostly men. The one good thing I can say is at least you guys accept returns, but other than that. I'm very unhappy with Lowe's. Since you started having checkout people very unhappy. Turn off that halloween stuff.It's abusive, I could look it up, and I could send you the legal code.Viiolation

I have a service contract for my dryer purchased from Lowes. They told me a Sears tech would come to service the dryer. They scheduled my appt., then on the appt. DAY cancelled the appt after I had waited more than an hr. They scheduled a second appt but missed the scheduled time, saying they'd be here by 1 PM after 1 more appt. Now they messaged me that they have 3 before me and they'll try to get here by 3PM. I have waited today already more than 5 hrs!!
