    My wife and I spent nearly two hours here trying figure out which 3pc Rocker Set to get. We finally agreed on the A&R Merritt. The person helping was very helpful but then he said they didn't have any in stock. He said the management wouldn't let him sell the display model. We asked when we could get the set since it wasn't onsite and wouldn't sell us the display set. He didn't know when or if it would ever be available. What? I asked to speak with the manager and he said it was company policy not to sell the display. So, I get it, but why have the set out for display if you don't have any to sell or even know when or if they will be available? Apologies are fine and all but wasting that much time to only find out they aren't selling the product they have on display is unacceptable. If Lowes policy is more important than making sure the customer, who is willing to spend money at your location, your policy sucks! We ended up spending our money at Costco. I no longer trust Lowes.

    I have been a loyal Lowes customer for 10+ years. This store changed that. Their employees don't know their own departments. I wanted a piece of plexiglass cut and it took him 10 minutes to find it next to the cutting machine and another 30 minutes to finish measuring it because I needed 2 inches cut off. The carpet department was even worse. They didn't know what tack strips were and when they gave me my quote after coming out to measure my house, they were over by 200 square feet from an 800 square foot home. I will be shopping at Home Depot from now forward.

    I had an order placed paid for delivery day 420 2026 and I wake up and check my email to track it and it says your orders been canceled so I call and ask what's going on and they said oh somebody called into another store and canceled your order and we don't know who they were. That just shows the amount of respect they have for their customers you giving somebody access to my account who you don't know allowing them to cancel my order and then she even go as far as to remove it from my purchase history and my canceled history well I guess they want to make sure that there's no evidence that they let somebody have access to your account to cancel an order right now I'm worried because they have my information and if they'll do this what else would they do we think our information is safe with these companies people only keep and protect people they love and they don't love us they love our money so you know what they'll protect their money
