The clerk sent me over to a co worker to help me order an expensive spa cover and took my measurements , told me he had to ask a question, left me on hold for 25 min. I waited, gave up n called back n the girl clerk said ge clocked out n left.. Im taking my business elsewhere n letting everyone I know if this i don't care generation of younger crew they have. QUALITY US GONE. I own my own home care agency n this is NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS. DEAR OWNER , these employees are losing you business. Word of mouth is huge. You just lost a $600 sale.
