  This storage location is the best in the area, and a big reason for that is Alex. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed something sorted, he handles it quickly, professionally and always with kindness. You can tell he actually cares about the people there, not just checking boxes. That kind of attentiveness is rare. Highly recommend.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  I can’t believe how cheap the truck is here. I rented one elsewhere and paid way too much. James is really professional and nice.

  Needed somewhere to store patio furniture while we redid the backyard. Easy signup online, the 10x10 unit was clean and the facility felt very safe. Plus the price beat everywhere else I looked so it was a no-brainer for a short term rental. Highly recommend Storage Etc in Chatsworth!

  I rented a climate controlled unit here for about 5 years. It was an excellent place to keep a climate controlled unit as I had items such as my backup violin and computers that needed to stay in good condition. When it was time to move out, I simply gave a few days notice and spoke to the manager (Alexander Smith) and it was a seamless experience. Never had a single problem at this place, although I wish they did open past 9PM!
