  Excellent facility. Clean and cool inside. Alex and James (who left unfortunately) are the best ever. Hope Alex becomes the next manager!

  This facility is the best in the valley. Clean and well maintained. Staff and especially the manager named Bret make everything less difficult in moving in and moving out. Bret is very respectful, helpful and welcoming. Thanks a lot.

  This storage location is the best in the area, and a big reason for that is Alex. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed something sorted, he handles it quickly, professionally and always with kindness. You can tell he actually cares about the people there, not just checking boxes. That kind of attentiveness is rare. Highly recommend.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  I can’t believe how cheap the truck is here. I rented one elsewhere and paid way too much. James is really professional and nice.

  Needed somewhere to store patio furniture while we redid the backyard. Easy signup online, the 10x10 unit was clean and the facility felt very safe. Plus the price beat everywhere else I looked so it was a no-brainer for a short term rental. Highly recommend Storage Etc in Chatsworth!
