We were very impressed with the selection of recliners and the cleanliness of the store. Jaylen was wonderful and spent a long time helping us make the right selection. He never rushed us and was very patient and answered all our questions. We made our selection and will have our new recliner delivered within a week. We are very happy.

- KHKatie HeymerJul 24, 20262.0I ordered a sectional at the end of May at the Lazy-Boy in Cerritos, CA and was told it would 6-8 weeks for delivery. 7 1/2 weeks later my sectional was delivered. Imagine, my surprise when what was delivered was wrong! What was delivered was stunningly gorgeous but my sectional that was supposed to sit at least 6 can only seat 3! I went back to Lazy-Boy and talked to the sales guy that had originally help us and he says that he had ordered the wrong pieces. He talked to the manager and they did try to make it better by giving me a discount on the pieces that should have been ordered in the first place. BUT I was then told that I have to wait another 6-8 weeks for the correct pieces. I asked if he could please expedite the order and he told me there was no way he or his manager could do that. I have to go to the back of the line and wait again. By the time I get my correct sectional, I will have waited 16 weeks, 4 months! I feel like I am being penalized for a mistake I didn’t make.
