i thought this place would be just a basic storage facility but it turned out to be alot more comfortable and clean than i expected. the staff really helped me find the right unit for my stuff and they were super patiant while i kept changing my mind about the size. the lobby area is actually nice and feels more like a small spa vibe than a storage place, which i did not expect at all. my only small complaint is the parking is a little tight if you have a big truck you might have to squeeze in or park further away. other than that tho everything went smooth and i felt like i got good value for what i paid. definately gonna use them again when i need more space.

Renter here since May 2025. In late February 2026 everything in my unit was fine. By June 5, three guitars, a vintage amp, and my pedalboard were stolen from my locked unit — no signs of forced entry. Lock intact, door intact, unit re-locked afterward. Only the valuable, easy-to-resell gear was taken. This was targeted.
Management said they reviewed footage and found "nothing suspicious" — then admitted they only keep about two weeks of video (my theft window was over three months, so it was already erased). And when I pushed, I was told this kind of theft is "common" here. Let that sink in: they know it happens, and they rent units anyway without warning you.
No help, no compensation. If you store anything valuable here: photograph it, log serial numbers, get your own insurance — and know what you're walking into.
Ps: then if you see below their response asking to contact them directly, it is just to let others see they want to “help”. They will not do ANYTHING about. So be careful when you are looking for a place to put your valuable belongings. The place might look safe, but it IS NOT!
