Cant access my storage unit because battery is dead again. Called the number for the local manager and no answer again. Seems like a repeat issues from my previous review.
Open the customer for several months my only issue is sometimes those batteries go bad on the unit and you're unable to access it customer service wasn't helpful but I was able to figure it out after 2 or 3 days which is not very good customer service

The initial phone call she was very professional and prompt with my inquiries. A reservation was set immediately by her, so that I could see the space for myself.
The office and facility is very clean and well lit. I also liked that there is security surveillance.
