  I've used Valley Lock and Safe for a few routine and non-routine items. They always deliver above and beyond my expectations. I purchased a wifi enabled lock and setup an appointment on the same day (today). The company dispatched Juan who arrived as expected, was extremely professional and took the time to make sure everything worked properly. This is the best locksmith team in the valley.

  Called them to do a simple key fob replacement. I have lived in the valley my whole life and believe in supporting local businesses. The gentleman on the phone got upset and blamed me for threatening him when I mentioned that I found a better price out of town. Valley lock and safe was through my AAA, they wanted to up charge me by $200 more than the guy from out of town. The guy I went with was from the Costco parking lot, also when he heard about what happened to me he dropped his price even more. The place I went with is called “THE KEY MAN” they were over the top and quick to help. I will be reporting valley lock and safe to AAA for price gouging. I will be telling this story to everyone I run into. Local support is lost and this is why they fail.
