  Tim changed out a lock for me today. He was on time, personable and prepared. The lock was changed out in no time. I definitely recommend Valley Lock & Safe.

  Just called to get a simple mailbox lock replaced . $170.00 ! I understand businesses need to make money however I know for a fact that this is a complete attempt to basically rip off the consumer. When I said oh no that's too much the young arrogant guy on the phone got REAL LOUD andhung up the phone. I wouldn't recommend this business unfortunately. Was hoping to do an excellent review for them. NOT TODAY.

  I love Valley Lock & Safe! Aside from always being friendly, I've never had a key duplicated that didn't work. Today, Benjamin helped me duplicate a key and ring me up for some circle rubber key toppers. Any other place would have just rung me up and not had a second thought. However, Benjamin pointed out that he thought the toppers were too large for the keys he duplicate. He was absolutely right, but I told them they were for other keys and thanked him. But the way he was friendly and smiled was top notch customer service! Great job. 👍
