  I’m giving two stars only because they actually had the product I needed in stock when I was in a pinch. Otherwise, the experience was incredibly frustrating. The prices displayed on the shelves are completely incorrect. When I got to the register, the item rang up for a higher price than what was clearly advertised on the floor. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they completely refused to honor the advertised shelf price and honestly just did not care. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with this kind of sloppy pricing and "oh well" customer service. If you shop here, double-check your receipt at the register to make sure you aren't getting overcharged.

  Visited this store looking for a pool vacuum cleaner, best decision ever! Sales Representative David assisted us with choosing the right equipment, he is knowledgeable, and his customer service experience is excellent. He not only deserves a raise in his salary but a promotion as well. It is people like David that customers return to a business.

  Most stores are either closed in the Coachella Valley or you're told to order online. Only one location can test your salt cell.

  Came here twice and the store associate, I believe was Suzanne/Susan..Sorry! was helpful! She was knowledgeable and suggested products at my budget. =)
