i thought this would be just another generic storage place to grab a box and go, but honestly this actually made my day a little bit. the staff took the time to explain everything clearly even though i had alot of questions. the unit was bigger than i expected for the price AND it was spotless which is a HUGE plus your not going to find everywhere. the security gate and cameras made me feel real good about leaving my stuff here seriously. only thing i would change is the office gets super crowded at weird hours and waits can drag on becuase theres only one person working. tehy helped find me a dolly even though i forgot mine, super nice about it. feel like it was a good decision coming here, DEFINATELY beats the other storage place i looked at.

Highly recommend — Emmanuel made the whole process easy!
When I walked into the Extra Space Storage property, I was immediately greeted by Emmanuel with a warm, genuine smile that instantly made me feel comfortable and welcome. The facility was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately showed me that they take pride in keeping the property clean and up to date.
Emmanuel was incredibly helpful as I looked at units. He patiently answered all of my questions, clearly explained the current promotions, and helped me find the perfect option for my needs. Thanks to his excellent service, I was able to sign up and secure a unit on the spot.
I will definitely be recommending this location — and specifically asking for Emmanuel — to all my friends and family who need storage. Great experience from start to finish!

We need extra space, no pun intended, for our church to expand our children’s ministry. So I went online and searched for storage near our facility. ExtraSpace was right at the top! So I reserved what I thought or what read as a “unit“. When we got to the facility, I found that I had rented a parking spot.LOL!!!
I called the one 800 number and the rep was great. Got us into a 5 x 10 within a matter of minutes! As we started to unload the trucks we saw that 5 x 10 was not enough. The office was just opening up and Emmanuel the store manager greeted me with a smile and asked how could he help. I told him we needed an upgrade. So he searched out our contract that was done online and over the phone and began to look for a larger place for us. We settled on a 10 x 10 which was perfect for the things that we needed to store. Completing the contract was breeze. Emmanuel walked me through the process and made sure I knew about all of the perks that ExtraSpace would offer to us as a church. Throughout the time that we moved in, Emmanuel was helping with the refund from my earlier mistakes and helping us get the contract right. The customer service provided by Emmanuel was five star! This is our second time around with ExtraSpace and this is the type of customer service that we have received every time!

My husband and I walked in and inquired about an extra space storage for our vehicle, which we leave while we travel. Walked in the door was greeted by Emmanuel. He recently was extremely accommodating, showed us the spot which he had available for us and give us a tour of the facility. I noticed immediately that the facility was very clean and very organized. Emmanuel recommended that we get a cover for our vehicle because he extreme heat during the summer which we did and we ordered it on Amazon and had it sent to the facility. Emmanuel being so gracious and professional offered to put the cover on our vehicle for us that’s what I call customer service, which is a lost start these days.
My sincere thanks to Emmanuel. You’ve shown me how to be of service and you’re an inspiration. Thank you sir.
