The guy on the phone was super nice and helpful the manager Ashley over the phone called and was super rude not helpful at all they told me one thing over the phone and then she told me something different didn’t really care to help just said no and hung up

I saw the amazing rate online and signed up. Within a few months the rate jumped 50% higher.
The local manager has been lovely and helpful in working to get the best rate, but I’m moving out because they continue to increase it every few months. The initial rate is misleading.

Ashely @ Extra Space storage in Carpinteria was so rude when I returned her call today. She wouldn’t give me any information regarding my auctioned unit @ their facility. She said it was nine of my business. It’s illegal to keep any overages the sale from my unit other than what was owed. California law!
