    I'm so appreciative to Michael who helped me get the Envy Sofa Chaise. It's beautiful. His customer service was excellent and then the delivery person was so carefĂşl and considerate when delivered. He was very prompt. Thank you both for great service! I would not go elsewhere.

    Ordered a TV can't get it delivered,tried to go pick it up it's was broken 😔 no one contacted me yet about ordering a new TV or even a new pickup date or anything...very disappointed.... 2 weeks later I even received a response from my review and I still have not received my TV or even an answer about when it's coming I called Aarons and they put me on hold 5 separate times and do not answer the phone, horrible service. Today, Friday May 29th I was told my TV would arrive at 1pm. I spoke with the driver and was told the TV I was supposed to get delivered could not be found. It is 3:30 PM with no update or TV. Needless to say it did not arrive. I called spoke with Chris and they can't find my tv. I was told I would get an update, but received nothing. So far I've been given excuses and only that.

    Worst experience ever ! Took 2 weeks to deliver the driver gets here with a hurt back can’t even do his job of helping bring furniture in leaving us to do everything on our own . Then we open our furniture it’s damaged , couches are insanely dirty . Would not ever recommend

    I originally ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered within 5–7 business days. When I called to confirm, I was told the item wasn’t available—even though just two days prior another associate confirmed it was in stock and that I would be contacted to schedule delivery. After receiving no follow-up, I called again on Monday (understanding the weekend delay), and it took five attempts to even reach someone. During those calls, I was hung up on multiple times by staff, including Eugene and Latoya. I also had a poor experience with the manager, Vee, who did not help resolve the issue. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told I would need to wait an additional two weeks for delivery. At that point, I decided to cancel my order due to the constant runaround, lack of communication, and unprofessional customer service. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this location based on how this situation was handled.

    This has honestly been one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I’ve dealt with. They give you a specific delivery time slot, which you plan your entire day around, only for them to not show up within that window at all. No courtesy call, no update, no explanation—just complete disregard for your time. What makes it even worse is the attitude when you finally do get in touch with them. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience or offering a sincere apology, they come across as completely nonchalant, like it’s no big deal. It feels unprofessional and disrespectful, especially when customers are expected to be available and ready during the scheduled time. If delays happen, that’s understandable—but communication is key. A simple heads-up or update would go a long way. Unfortunately, that level of basic customer service seems to be missing here. Overall, very disappointing experience and definitely something that needs to be improved.
