I have been a loyal Aaron’s customer for over 10 years, and I have consistently returned my rental items faithfully and in good condition. That is why I am extremely hurt and disappointed by how I am being treated now. I recently received an email—a year after returning items—claiming that I never returned certain merchandise and that I now owe an outrageous amount of money. I did return these items, and I am extremely frustrated that I am now being accused of not returning property because it appears the employees failed to properly document or process the returns. What makes this even worse is that I was not contacted by phone when this supposedly became an issue. Instead, I received an email a year later threatening me with collections over merchandise I know I returned. I have been a loyal customer for more than a decade. I have faithfully paid for my rentals and returned my items. I should not have to defend myself against a claim that appears to be the result of employees failing to do their jobs properly. Corporate needs to investigate this matter immediately. I am requesting that Aaron’s conduct a complete inventory and review of my account, including all return records, employee notes, delivery/collection records, and documentation associated with the items I returned. I also want Corporate to contact me directly regarding this matter. I should not be threatened with collections or charged an unreasonable amount for merchandise that I returned. After more than 10 years of being a loyal customer, this experience has completely changed the way I feel about Aaron’s. I expected better treatment and accountability from a company I have supported for so many years.

As a mom of six, that mattress protection is a lifesaver — everything still looks brand new. Selena was our sales associate and she was wonderful — so helpful and patient. Great quality and great service. Highly recommend Aaron's!

Repairs are lengthy and hard if not imposible to track. Customer service for existing customers is very dated and poor. Most furniture is pre-owned. Edit: owner replied with copy paste response. If I could leave zero stars I would. Please avoid this place if you don’t like scams.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
