  1 Star Only Because There Is No Lower Option — Extremely Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a Cal King mattress from the store at Topanga Mall in Woodland Hills. A standard California King mattress measures 84" long × 72" wide, but the mattress they originally delivered was only 70" wide and 81.5" long. I contacted them and requested a replacement with the correct dimensions. They apologized and scheduled a new delivery more than a week later. Today, I wasted more than half of my day waiting for the replacement. The delivery was scheduled between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM. I stayed home, but when I called to check on the delivery, nobody answered. I left my home at 1:45 PM, and around 2:00 PM, they called to say they were at my door. I had to return home so they could deliver the mattress. I live in an apartment, and bringing a mattress up to the second floor is extremely difficult. After all this trouble, they delivered the exact same incorrect size AGAIN! I honestly cannot believe it. Despite my photos, videos, and more than 10 emails documenting the problem, they still failed to send the correct mattress. When I called again, nobody answered, and now I am being told that I have to contact the store myself. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I spent nearly $11,000 on my mattress, expecting a professional and reliable experience. Instead, I have dealt with wasted time, repeated delivery problems, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. I have not even had a chance to properly use the mattress yet, so I cannot comment on its quality. However, based on my experience so far, their customer service has been absolutely terrible and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on the way they have handled my order. Spending nearly $11,000 should not mean having to fight this hard just to receive the correct product.

  Oscar and Richard were so kind and welcoming. Both very knowledgeable on which product would work best for me and why. I ended up buying 2 King size breeze pillows and a mattress topper.

  My partner and I came in looking for a different mattress because we were having lower back and neck pain from our current mattress. Richard took the time and walked us through the issues with our current mattress, potential solutions, and the products that they offer. We really appreciated the attention. As of writing we haven't received our mattress yet but we did take home some of their pillows. After one night of use, our neck pain was almost non existent. The relief was palpable. Cheers Richard! We greatly appreciate the help.
