  Dora provides top-tier service! She made the process of getting my storage space quick and incredibly easy. It was a scorching hot day, and she even thoughtfuly offered me some amazing pineapple with Tajín while I was moving in. ❤️ If you’re looking for great prices and amazing customer service for business or personal storage, I highly recommend Dora!

  Had a storage unit here for about 3 years. When initially signing up, everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful and has a very owner/operator feel to it, not corporate-ized at all, which I really appreciated. The whole time we had the unit, there was never an issue paying online, all other people using units seemed nice and kept to themselves, gate never had issues... the one thing I would say would be the bathroom could be kept up a little nicer, was sometimes without paper or soap, but really no complaints! The unit wasn't needed anymore, and the move out process was super easy. If I ever did need a storage unit again, I would definitely return!

  Great place and excellent customer service! Very convenience to drive to your unit make it easy to unload and access hours are great! I am very happy that I rented at Storage Etc. Thank you Dora.

  In December, they raised my rent, and in February, they cut off my electricity. They told me they were working on it, but it is already May, and there is still no power—not even in the hallway—leaving my unit vulnerable to burglars. By the way, the ad offering the first month for one dollar is deceptive advertising.
