  In December, they raised my rent, and in February, they cut off my electricity. They told me they were working on it, but it is already May, and there is still no power—not even in the hallway—leaving my unit vulnerable to burglars. By the way, the ad offering the first month for one dollar is deceptive advertising.

  I have been a long term tenant and I’ve had no major issues for most of my time here, but the past couple of months have been frustrating. The units have had no electricity for about two months now, with no clear communication from management about when it will be fixed. Lighting inside the unit is a basic necessity, and the lack of updates has been disappointing. My husband, who is at the facility most days to pick up and drop stuff off, has had poor experiences with the female staff member at the front office, who has been unhelpful and rude when we have raised concerns. Hopefully management addresses these issues. It’s a decent facility otherwise, but communication and customer service need improvement.

  I’ve been thinking about relocating from another storage facility after they raised the rates a little. I had rented here before and really liked it. The place is clean and the access hours work better than where I am currently at. After checking rates and availability online I stopped in to see the available units, everything looked good, I like the security cameras everywhere, so I rented a pretty good size unit. Dora the manager was great, fantastic attitude and made everything go smoothly. I recommend
