  Lawrence at the Le Labo store is very helpful. You don’t see a lot of people now who take the extra step to really try and help customers and he was doing the utmost to see if he can help me out. Thank you for amazing customer service!

  I personally had a bad experience with two people at separate areas in the mens section. Forgot their names. One, don't give off the air that you think your customer who is spending thousands on a literal Nordstroms gift card (it's already been paid for) can't afford it. It's not a credit card, it's been paid for. Two, all nordstrom's gift cards, to my knowledge can be used at Nordstroms Rack. Asked for a gift card for returns and another person who didn't insult my budget said 'we don't mix with the rack'. What? Read your own terms on the back of the cards...? They need better training. I already had the money, but if I didn't have a gift card I would have left.

  I went to payoff my credit card on the third floor in the pick order department and didn't have my card.. I asked the representative could she look it up with my ID and she said no she could get fired. This didn't make any sense to me and she made no effort to convenience me as a customer. I felt as though she looked at me as though I was up to something and pre-judged me. People lose their cards all the time and Nordstrom should have a way of identifying the customer without having your card. I had the app on my phone, so I paid it with cash and once again she ran every single one of my bills though the machine. She made me feel like a criminal.

  What an incredible experience that justifies taking the time to write a review. Al (assistant manager, woman's shoes) was beyond professional! His quality of customer service deserves to be celebrated. His ability to effectively communicate is not something you see these days. We were dealing with a relatively difficult return, and he went above and beyond to ensure it was properly taken care of. Maintained a positive attitude throughout. He was patient, and as opposed to brushing off the situation, he called the out of state store to obtain additional instructions on how to properly handle this situation. FYI - I had attempted the same transaction at Nordstrom in the Century Mall the day before, and the manager gave push back, was rude, and simply said she couldn't do it, and deflected/directed me to deal directly with Christian Louboutin. Same challenge, different outcome. Al called the boutique within Nordstrom himself, and went above and beyond. He spoke to the manager at that Nordstrom on how to properly return the high end shoe. My wife has dozens upon dozens of beautiful shoes. As a celebrity, she is always adding to her collection for red carpets and special events. Because of the quality care, my wife will be returning, and only dealing with Al. For those who seek rare customer service, ask for Al at Nordstrom woman's shoe department. Thanks, bud! 👏🏼🫶🏽👠

  Beautiful, luxurious-looking jewelry, especially the gold Jesus Christ necklace and rings. ✨ Alexis provided excellent service and gave me a clear, honest answer to my question. I was curious why the rings don’t come in an XS or smaller size. It would also be helpful to allow customers to try on the rings to make sure the fit is right. Joseph was helpful in showing me the necklaces I was considering, which made it easier to compare my options and make an informed decision. Fast checkout and attentive service. They deserve special recognition for their customer care. Thank you. God bless.
