Amy at Extra Space Storage was great. Friendly while still concise, quick, and down-to-business with the task at hand. She keeps a clean and very tidy facility. This location seems like a very secure place. I’ve rented for a few years now and I’ve never felt unsafe at this facility or noticed anyone on the property behaving in any concerning ways. She runs a tight ship, but if she sees she can trust you and you respect her boundaries and you respect the facility and its rules, she’ll make accommodations (within reason). When you make a reservation online, she reaches out to follow up, and she generally answers/returns calls very promptly if you call the facility. You can tell she takes her job, this facility and its security seriously. So far, I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff or other customers here, so I’d recommend this place.

Thank God for extra space storage, Amy went out of her way to make sure my needs were met and I was happy, the facility was very clean and organized and I feel like my stuff is safe there .
