Storage unit was very clean and move in ready on the promised date. The facilities are easy to maneuver and carts for loading/unloading are readily available. I like the location of the elevators/parking/entrances....all makes for an easy transfer.

Vicky has been extremely helpful with the transition from taking over a unit from the previous owner. It was a difficult situation but she made the process seamless and very easy. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and provided me with all of the necessary information to make the best decision for myself. Would highly recommend her services and this location to anyone looking for a unit.

WOW ! Where do I start. To begin with I moved out of the Public Storage facility across the street in Campbell CA.. I thought that facility was horrible. Extra Space managed to top that & then some.
My 1st interaction with the previous manager was that she came across as overbearing. The front gate did not work, I was put in a weird dimension 10'x10' unit. I tried it for a couple of months, the door # 2 didn't work for a while, the electronic bay door by door #2 works intermittently. The elevator to door #2 didn't work for a few days, etc..
What an inconvenience having to deal with all that BS.. Even after all that, I was willing to work with Vikki the new appointed facility manager on moving into a standard 10'x10" unit.
I reserved the new unit to move in over the weekend. On Saturday when trying to move in to my surprise the unit was rented out to someone else.
I called Vikki to find out what had happened & all I got was a bunch of excuses. She claimed I didn't move in on Friday & I reminded her that she had originally told me I had until Sunday to move in. Not only that I asked what the point for the reservation was.
She could have tried to make it right, but she didn't. I will never do business with Extra Space Storage again.
I'm just glad the nightmare is over ! I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. Beware !!!
