Hands down, the best storage facility we’ve ever had the pleasure of using! We recently had to leave SoCal Self Storage, and although we’re sad to go, we truly hope to come back in the future. From the very beginning, Chuck and Eileen were absolutely wonderful. They are some of the sweetest, kindest, and most generous people we’ve ever had the opportunity to meet. They always made us feel welcomed, respected, and taken care of, and their kindness genuinely made our experience so much better. Also super clean facility The facility itself was always great, but what really stood out to us was the people. Chuck and Eileen went above and beyond, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. We are incredibly grateful for our time at SoCal Self Storage and for everything Chuck and Eileen did for us. If you’re looking for a storage facility, I genuinely couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thank you, Chuck and Eileen, for everything! ❤️ We hope this isn’t goodbye forever and that we’ll be back someday! P.s on a hot day the cold waters and tiny granola bar really helped! Thank you so much once again for everything! Sincerely Joshua.C

I had a really great experience with SoCal Storage! From the beginning, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The entire process of getting my storage unit was quick, easy, and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure, and I’ve been very happy with the overall service. Anytime I’ve had a question, the staff has been helpful and easy to work with. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and maintaining a great facility. I would definitely recommend SoCal Storage to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and reliable place to store their belongings. Great customer service and a smooth experience all around!

We highly recommend the SoCal Self-Storage on Adolfo. We cannot begin to thank Eileen and Chuck for their kindness and assistance in helping us determine the right unit for our needs. Their customer service is unmatched. As customers, we felt so welcomed that we often stopped by the office to chat with them during our visits. The unit we rented was clean and accessible. With the secured gate access and reasonable hours, we had no worries regarding our possessions. We would definitely return to SoCal Self-Storage Adolfo for any future storage needs.

I called for quotes for a client, Eileen was so helpful I LOVE that you get a person when you need information. When I toured the facility Chuck was friendly and so helpful. This is a nice place and it is reassuring there’s a manager onsite and security system. I was so impressed I had to share a review!!
