This review is for the outdoor vehicle storage/parking. I've been parking my trailer at this location for less than a year.
What's great:
- Gated location, off the highway
- Friendly, professional staff that is easy to reach
What's not so great:
- There has consistently been trash/cigarette butts around my trailer whenever I'm there.
- It smells like urine on some walls/corners of the lot.
- In June, my hands got wet when I took off my trailer cover. I smelled my hands - it was definitely urine. I reported to the staff that someone had peed on my trailer.
- I normally leave my trailer cover in my designated parking spot while away. When I dropped off my trailer last week, my trailer cover was gone (stolen). I've reported this to staff and will update this review if they retrieve my trailer cover.
- There is another vehicle parked in the same lot a few spots down from my trailer that is filled with trash and consistently smells like urine.
- Security is questionable; for $340/month, this should be better.

We had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage! The facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, secure, and easy to access. Everything is organized, and it’s clear that the property is cared for with great attention to detail.
A special thank you to Nick, who went above and beyond to help us throughout the process. He was friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made everything simple and stress-free, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.
It’s rare to find such a well-run storage facility with staff who genuinely care about their customers. Thanks to Nick and the excellent condition of the property, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and reliable place to store their belongings. Five stars all the way!
