The Lowes employees were sooooo helpful!!! Cindy in appliances helped us find the water heater we were looking for and even made sure we had the right parts to go with it, along with a friend attitude, the best!!!! I set up an appointment for a kitchen consultation for a remodel project and worked with Lauren Tracy for almost 2 hours. She was/ is a true professional! Such a great meeting. She guided me through the choices, offered suggestions, showed me the in store samples and cabinet examples. Made my project feel as important as I felt it was. Would totally recommend Lowes for this service and definitely Lauren!!!

What a disappointing excuse for customer service. Having to wait an hour after they said curbside pick up is ready. And I only say one hour because I went ahead and collected my items myself. After being told by multiple people that they had paged staff to assist me. I paced in front of multiple staff members waiting for the supposed staff that was meant to assist me. At the end of the day I went ahead and collected the items myself and asked at pickup if I could just scan for this and leave. Again they needed to page for more staff and I continued to wait. I am still unsure if my order was properly serviced but they just had me drive away.

I am writing this while waiting over 30 minutes in the window/curtains aisle with zero assistance. I spoke with multiple employees on the sales floor; each time, they simply paged another worker over the intercom and walked away without following up.
Nobody ever arrived to help, and no staff member took ownership of the request. There is a complete lack of urgency, coordination, and basic customer service at this location. Store management needs to address floor coverage and staff accountability, because the current process is failing customers completely.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
