One of the employees, Ian, went far out of his way to help me, and even got me a bandaid after I cut my finger on some glass. Stand up guy, and a good store.

Thursday May 14th, ordered for CURBSIDE a 50 POUND bag of sand. When I arrived around 7pm and parked in the designated spot, I could not check in via the received email or through the website. I installed the app and it would not even find the order. A helpful Lowe's employee told me I had to go inside, even though I ordered curbside. Fine. Went inside. The single bored individual at the returns section did not see me standing there wondering where to go. When I finally inquired, he sheepishly told me to follow the blue footsteps to the pickup area. At the pickup area was perhaps the least helpful employee I've ever encountered at a home improvement store. She had me punch in my phone number, pulled up my order, and pointed on the ground in the holding area my bag just sitting there. She asked me if I had a cart, and I told her this was supposed to be curbside. She said the guy who did it (A guy? 1 guy??) was busy and I had to wait. The woman had no interest helping me at all in any capacity. She just looked at me through her 2 inch long fake eyelashes whilr she tapped away unlrofessionally on her phone with her extra long fake nails. Nothing says home improvement like stick on nails. The guy never showed and I was forced to serve myself. A terrible experience and one that will prevent me from using their service again.

Asked an associate for a recommendation, trying to build something and was just debating the size. I know plywood comes in 8x4. Don't know why men like to talk down to women. Maybe because I interrupted his flirting with the female associate. Gave me a rude "you're going to need plywood!" Which... that's where I was at, just debating which one would work better for my project. Needless to say I left. I'll spend my money on another day or in another place.

Bought a bathroom vanity and top from Lowe's, the first one they delivered the top was damaged, Lowe's brought out two more 2 weeks apart they were damaged also. Now its going on 2 months and still no vanity top. So my wife and I are using our kitchen sink for daily bathroom needs. With no help in sight. Its terrible how they treat their customers. My wife and I are senior citizens with a bathroom without a working sink. Unbelievable the lack of attention this matter is getting.

I purchased this Midea refrigerator from Lowe’s in June 2023, and after less than two years of normal use, the freezer developed cracks in the molded plastic interior lining where the drawer rails are built in. This is not a removable part—it’s part of the refrigerator’s structure. The damage makes the freezer drawer unusable. Midea reviewed the issue and confirmed: It is not repairable Replacement parts are not available However, no assistance was provided because the warranty had just expired. I also contacted Lowe’s customer service directly, but was advised that since the unit is over two years old, they are unable to offer any assistance. I expected a major appliance purchased from Lowe’s to last significantly longer than two years, especially without structural failure. This appears to be a design or material defect rather than normal wear and tear. I would welcome the opportunity for Lowe’s to review this situation and see if any goodwill solution might be available. Very disappointing experience.
