  We bought two appliances during the same store visit. First time buying from Pacific; we’ll definitely return next time we’re ready to buy again. Larrell Dore was the salesman. I greatly appreciated his knowledge of the products and the service during the selection. Much better than dealing with other retailers where finding anyone to help you is nearly impossible, but if you’re looking for a knowledgeable person, it’s often hopeless. Rick, the gentleman who assisted us during checkout, was also very helpful regarding financing and warranty availability. The transaction was quick and easy. I was very impressed and I am generally not the easiest person to please as I like to maintain high expectations. Good job, folks!

  Josh is great! We loved the selection here in Brea and Josh helped guide us through the whole process. We ended up getting Delta for most of the shower/bathroom fixtures. Honestly you’d be silly not going here. You could pay more somewhere else and have a commission hungry sales person guide you… or go here! Tell Josh you saw this review and get a free high five.

  I had a great shopping experience at Pacific Sales. The showroom is well-organized and has a wide selection of high-quality appliances and home products. Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable about all products and genuinely helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. The overall shopping experience was professional and I appreciate how easy they made the process from browsing to purchase. Andrew and Keila truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled seamlessly. I would definitely recommend shopping at Pacific Sales!

  Pacific Sales in Brea was a great experience. From talking to James on the phone who took his time and patience to explain everything to me to help me narrow down my purchase that by the time I walked into the store I knew what I wanted. Sean helped show us the different models and was very knowledgeable. Dennis was so helpful with finalizing the transaction and was so thorough with all the details. We appreciate the kind and friendly service, will definitely go back to buy more. Thanks for your excellence.
