I had a fantastic experience the 11 months I was using Extra space Storage in Big Bear Lake. The office staff was always friendly, helpful (even when I was late on my payment a couple times), and they made sure to contact me if I had accidentally forgotten the lock in my unit (they check the lot daily!). I absolutely recommend them to anyone that’s considering safe, secure, and easily accessible storage in town!! I WILL be using them again the next time I need to move or need extra storage!
