  My teenage daughter’s waist long hair was damaged from heat and styling. She was nervous about cutting length off but Josie alleviated her concerns by talking to her about how healthy her hair would look and feel with a trim and layers to frame her face. Not only is Josie precise and confident in her cut and styling skills but she also has a warm and genuine personality that feels like you’ve known her forever. We drove all the way from Huntington Beach to Beverly Hills and would make the drive eviery time for Josie to be our stylist.

  Great customer service and products. I was sent in here by my boss to buy a wedding present for her friends. I was immediately greeted by somebody was standing outside who took me inside and proceeded to show me things based off of what I told her I was interested in. She was very very very kind and at some point she had to call her manager out to find an item which he had to have ordered from a different store it came the very next day. They had it wrapped for me and ready and they went above and beyond and were completely professional kind and helpful the entire time. Depending on what you're looking for the store could very well be perfect for you but you can rest assured that you will be treated with the upmost respect II that you walk in the door and if you do leave purchasing something you can also rest assured knowing that you will be happy with your purchase and the time spent.
