- SKSophie Kwan6 days ago1.0Worst experience ever!! I was moving out of my college dorm and booked online a week in advance. I placed a payment as well. I arrived to the office and there was a handwritten sign on the door that said “we are closed for the day.” This was at 2pm, during business hours. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
