  Absolutely horrible customer service. Dropped off cushions, pillows and fabric to be made. Owner Keith took materials on 4/25/36 and told me to send measurements to his email. Did same day, no return response. Called business told Keith would call back, didn't- did that twice. Sent another email with info and requested immediate response, none. Sent info on their website contact, no response. Called again and spoke with Tony who then said they couldn't do it with what I gave them, not what owner said. Knew fabric might not be enough and might need more. Then Tony said I dropped off 6 cushions, I did with other pieces, he didn't have them. Told them I was going to pick up my materials. Came today to find all my materials out of bags they were brought in with several pieces of cushion missing. They couldn't find them. Then said they didn't cut them or throw away. I never said they cut them, we did; but they did throw the smaller pieces away. Only a apology. Poor customer communication and service. Don't care about other people's property. Surprised this place has stayed open this long. Don't do business here.

  Excellent service. They helped me with a foam cushion I use for my wheelchair. They did a professionally done cut to get the right size I needed. I highly recommend FOAM N FABRICS for your foam needs. Custom arm rest padding, foam cushion cutting, and much more.

  They are really knowledgeable over upholstery!! Came in to get foam to work on my chairs I wanted to upholster myself, the owners were very helpful and gave me good tips! Also brought a leather cushion to be fixed and they gave me all the answers I needed to fix it. I’m sure they can fix any upholstery need. Super nice ppl, Definitely recommended. They have a lot of nice upholstery fabric as well.
