I went yesterday to buy something. I left the store and then walked back in to exchange a shirt, I told her I needed a different size and she said that's not possible. She said I could buy a new one and wait for a refund. Don't recommend this store. I won't be shopping here again.

I had to re-review this location. The location for me is convienient so I still shop here. The customer service here is inconsistent. The management is what really influenced my review. In this case a specific "manager" named Melissa. She straight lied to me about an item being new when it was obviously used. In another instance she tried to convince I was wrong about a promotion that was clearly posted. I had to bring her the poster, yet she claimed there was some sore of disclaimer she could not provide me with and continued to argue. In both of those cases another manager came and had to resolve my issue in less than a few minutes. Someone please demote Melissa to a position she doesnt interact with customers. She is not management material.

Went in looking for some material as I had purchased a few months prior and needed more, for some reason store no longer had what I needed, but I walked around for almost an hour, passed by several employees, not one asked if I needed assistance, so I left and went to the home depot on ming and ashe, not only was I greeted upon walking into the store but withing the first 2 minutes of looking for what I need I was asked by 2 different employees if I needed help, and they were able to help. This store used to be decent to shop at but the selection of products has gotten worse and the customer service is atrocious. Thats probably the last time I'll shop at this location.
