Samantha was terrific! She is knowledgeable and really helped us find exactly what we wanted while also gaving my husband and I time alone to talk. We highly recommend her!

We absolutely love La-Z-Boy! Every time we come in, the store is bright, clean, and welcoming, and the people are always so friendly. This visit, Samantha helped us, and she was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful, personable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It’s honestly refreshing to walk into a store where you feel welcomed and taken care of without feeling pressured. Samantha was a big part of what made this visit so great. We’ve always loved La-Z-Boy, and experiences like this are exactly why we keep coming back. Five stars all around!

Jose, from Bakersfield store, spent a lot of time with me on the phone before we even went into the store because it was 1.25 hours away from our town. He helped guide me toward models of furniture (sofa & loveseat) that met our specific needs. Ultimately, when we got to the store we found what we needed quickly. La-Z-Boy is our preferred brand!

I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks for delivery of my couch. Be careful when you pay for delivery. They use an outside company who changes their mind when it is time to deliver the product. I was never told that the delivery company is out of San Jose and only delivers here once a month. They scheduled my delivery two weeks after it arrived in the warehouse. Then I get a phone call 4 days before delivery saying they didn’t have enough deliveries to justify the route. So they cancelled my delivery. They offered initially to move it up to tomorrow (huge improvement) but then called back and said sorry we overbooked and you will now get pushed to the following Saturday. I sold my couch and was expecting to have my new one in place. I have no guarantee they will keep their promise this time. Buyers beware. The sales person and manager never mentioned the limited availability when I paid for it. No one at Lazy Boy is motivated enough to pressure the delivery company to do their job. Given the opportunity again, I would never purchase from them again.
