Sorry but I cant control my job for paying me every first of the month!!! And to the man that goes knocking on my door threatening my elderly parents about taking the merchandise BE FOR REAL smh what kind of nonsense is this?? The ladies that work in the office i have never had an issue with they are all extremely helpful and understanding. Idk if the message isn't being related or notes not being put on my account when i call? TRUST ME everytime you guys go pounding on my parents door I am notified and I call the store!

They call you more than 10times a day. Was told by Art that district manager isnt aware of what happens in the store. Thats concerning coming from a manager of 30yrs. Its actually scary if they did this to you be on look out for class action notification. Wonder if all aarons are run like this.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
