I’ve been with Extra Space Storage in Azusa for 2 years their workers are excellent, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly which means a great deal to me especially when we are in a day of age with AI/computers which seems impersonal to me. I rented a unit online, when I arrived I was not happy with it since there was a wall in an L shape and was taking space from the unit. I went to the office to ask if they could give me another unit since I was ready to move in. The office staff was very nice, and accommodating they listened to me and were able to give me another unit right away. I highly recommend this place in Azusa.

The manager at the Azusa location was very helpful. On the app there was a mix up with my space but she cleared it up for me on the spot. She also walked me to my space, showed me how to use the provided cylinder lock, and told me about the app. I would likely recommend ESS to others.
