The staff there was so nice and answered all my questions. Vickie is a blessing to this establishment. Explained everything. Went through the contract. Plus it was a great special going on and on top of that I was given a senior discount. Took the extra time for every step. Also your agent at the call center Tralisha, not sure if I spelled it right. Was very respectful and helpful to help me secure the unit needed as it was the last large unit left. I've used Extra Space storage in the past and was pleased back then. Your special price was awesome too!

06-23-2026 DURING AM HOURS. I WAS HAVING TROUBLE ENTERING THE RED EXTERIOR DOOR TO THE INSIDE UNITS. I RANG FOR ASSISTANCE AND THE GENTLEMAN WORKING THIS MORNING WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KIND, IMMEDIATELY CAME OUT TO HELP ME. RESOLVED MY ISSUE IN LESS THAN 4 MINUTES. I WAS ACTUALLY IN A HURRY AND HE REALLY HELPED. AWESOME EMPLOYEE. 5 STARS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR A SUPERVISOR POSITION IF YOU HAVE ONE.

Be careful when renting here. I used to rent here at extra space and I gave my noticed that I was moving out a month before and I emptied out the storage unit exactly on the day that I said I was leaving and everything was good to go. I tried calling to rent a storage unit again at a different facility but they informed me that I can't rent here again because the manager (Vicki) at this extra space notated my profile that I abandoned the unit. That is completely false and because of Vicki I wasn't able to rent again. Don't trust Vicki, she is unprofessional and she will act like she is kind and nice but she does these kind of things behind your back and you end up finding out unexpectedly when you may need to rent again. 0 stars !

We checked the place a day before our move-in date and we were welcomed and assisted by very accomodating staff. He toured us around and showed us our storage. He informed us everything we need to know. I highly recommend this storage place.
