Sergio just finished our initial service, and I wanted to take a moment to reach out and let you know how wonderful he is. I actually called Clark’s first because of an interaction I had with Sergio about a month ago. He had stopped by our house after servicing our neighbor, where he unfortunately found a deceased cat in their backyard. Sergio was genuinely concerned about the animal and also took the time to check on our elderly neighbor because he wanted to make sure he was okay. I thought it was so thoughtful and compassionate that he took the time to seek out help for the situation and make sure the right people were aware. It really stood out to me. During that initial interaction, Sergio offered to give me a recommendation for pest service at our home, but we were on our way out to a youth sports event and I didn’t have a chance to follow up at the time. I just wanted to make sure it was known that I ultimately called Clark’s to set up our pest service because of that amazing initial interaction with Sergio. His kindness, concern, and willingness to go above and beyond made a lasting impression on me.

Keith is awesome! He makes sure to check in with us to see if we have any concerns and is quick and thorough. We haven't had any big issues with pests since we began the service. So grateful!

I just had one of your solicitors stop by my home. They saw my no soliciting sign and promptly left. I really appreciate it, especially since I was in a meeting and couldn't be interrupted. Rarely is anyone that respectful anymore. I have had 5 other people stop by in the last week and completely ignore the sign, then attempt to argue with me on my porch. If I ever need pest control, or any of your other services, I will call you ASAP, knowing that you will be respectful and reasonable. Much thanks. I hope your business continues to grow.
