  Excellent service and support from New Horizons! Anita was willing to take over my project from the previous contractor who did not work out. This was essentially labor only as I had a design and materials. But the value added is in the crew. They were willing to work with my ideas, but contributed and improved with their experience. Terrific attitude and communication!!! 20 stars!!

  My system was put in three years ago and it has worked fine for the last 2 1/2 years. The past six months though I’ve had multiple breaks in the line. I repaired them myself until the third and fourth break. I contacted the company twice and they have not returned my calls. To clarify my system is now three years old. I don’t think I should (now) have had a total of six different breaks in my line. I’m thinking that perhaps the drip line they put in was already defective in some manner. Note- there was no other activity where these lines broke- meaning we were not working in flowerbeds or anywhere near the drip line. Loretta

  We have a project to re-do our irrigation system for our orchard in San Luis Obispo. From the first meeting to on going communications on the project, Anita was prompt, knowledgeable and quick to grasp our needs and come up with solutions. She sent her crew timely and the guys worked very hard from trenching to laying pipes and installing valves for a multi-zone system. We are thrilled to have a new system that we can remotely control for the orchards various watering and even fertilization needs! Highly recommend them. Julie M

  Anita did an amazing job of designing and making recommendations for our front and backyard. She frequently visited to make sure things were running smoothly and to place plants and trees. Juan, her foreman, was onsite throughout the project and answered all of our questions and worked with us to get the desired results. The project started and ended on time with the final result exceeding expectations!
