Ordering and delivery is a fail with this store. The driver did not deliver all the items. Driver stated he saw the item on the counter and was not given the missing item. Upon delivery, I inquired about the order that was missing and we were both able to pull up my order to show that it should have been delivered. Driver says I need to call Lowes. I tried calling and was only able to interact with robots. I was finally able to speak with a human being who looked into my order and stated a manager will call me to set up delivery. I waited all day and no one called so I reached out again and this time was able to speak with Andres who processed the order again to have it delivered. He seemed short with me when I asked when the delivery will be which I think is an appropriate follow up question, especially since I already paid for the delivery service for same day. The long point here is that there is obviously an issue with their process from the person gathering the materials, to the person handing off the order to the driver, to the driver delivering the item. There were multiple opportunities to check the order and ensure that all materials are in the truck before making the delivery. Please do better. It's not hard when it is only 4 items total. This review is to encourage Lowe's to look into their process because I think their surveys may fall on deaf ears.

I appreciate the big selection of plants and trees they have at this location. I went to the one in Victorville as its close to my job but their selection was not so great. This Lowes always seems to have a more better selection overall.

Glad I made the move to lowes. Got tired of the folks at home depot running from the customers. The guys here genuinely want to help. The crazy part is the dont seem to be more expensive. If they are, not by much and the service definitely makes up for it
