I visited Lowe’s on Monday to purchase paint for our house. I brought in a quart containing the color information, and an associate prepared a five-gallon container and an additional gallon. Everything seemed fine until we checked the color and found that the five-gallon batch was too light. After two more attempts, the associate asked for assistance while four other customers waited. Thankfully, Anthony A. and Austin S. stepped in to help. Anthony went above and beyond by explaining what was needed and handling my order, while Austin assisted the other customers. Anthony also helped us through checkout and walked us to our car, saving us the time of calling for assistance. Anthony and Austin were professional, helpful, and very friendly. Their customer service was outstanding, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. Thank you

Terrible experience, yet to be addressed.
I made a purchase on 8/10/26 for a $1700 washer a LG 5.2 ft.³ thin Q to be exact. We have a business account with Lowe’s and we are local business. We needed a washer as soon as possible and Lowe’s was the only one in the area at the time that could provide that, we paid extra for a rather expensive washer to ensure we got next day delivery. We also paid for haul away and installation was included. Lowe’s used a third-party provider, which I found out after the fact to deliver the washer which was brought in and not installed properly, their installers came by, took away our old washer and placed this one in its place. They did not plug in any hoses. They also had a damage elbow that connected to our water supply. The installers did not mention anything to anybody nor did they ask us to sign anything they simply just left. We were left with a business, unable to run due to not being able to wash some of our products. I called Lowe’s and after expressing some disappointment in the service, they basically claimed that because it was a third-party installed. There was nothing they can do, I asked them at the minimum if they can send somebody out to simply tell me if the washer is broken or if I simply need a parts and I will go take care of everything myself which is already going above and beyond as a customer, considering I paid for a brand new product as well as installation. The customer rep stated that the earliest they can get somebody in there is the following day and I stated before our business is that a complete hold so that was not really an option. They stated that was normal policy, however, as a business owner, our ourselves, I stated that there should be exceptions when they do not deliver on products or services that were promised. After being on the phone for roughly 15 minutes, I requested the number of the third-party company to speak to them directly in order to be able to escalate this while simultaneously trying to repair this washer that was supposed to be brand new myself, going back-and-forth to stores to find parts. The third-party installer company called me back and stated “ you needed a call about a washer?” the approach to our conversation was quite rude almost making it sound like it was a burden for them to call me. The operator who was representing this third-party installer was very unprofessional, gave me zero options and only offered a. “ I’m sorry for inconvenience. They also placed the responsibility back on Lowe’s. She simply stated that there’s nothing they can do and if I wanted to get it hauled away to be taken back to Lowe’s to receive a refund it would be 2 to 3 business days as they were busy. I returned the call back to Lowe’s in which I received another representative who was a little more helpful and I do appreciate her understanding. But this situation has been very frustrating. There has been zero acknowledgment about the situation and it’s very unfortunate. It seems after all my troubles and all the money spent I’m simply receiving a “ we apologize for the inconvenience, but there’s not much we can do, it’s somebody else’s fault“. The washer has been repaired after purchasing extra parts and some time wasting. I will be sure to no longer take our business to Lowe’s. I hope for the future, you guys give better support when it comes to delivery issues and take accountability for companies you choose to hire to represent you.
