  Excellent service. We had an issue with a refrigerator we purchased from them, they called an appliance repair guy on our behalf to schedule a warranty repair. The owner @ Nichols even called to make sure the repair facility confirmed with us. Repair guy showed up the next day & fixed it on the spot. Apparently it was a simple manufacturing oversight with the damper. All fixed up 24 hours after I reached out to them. Try getting that kind of service at home depot haha not happening 😅

  We had a great experience at Nichols Appliance in Anderson. I did my homework & went in with a specific model of refrigerator I wanted. Jesse helped us order the model we wanted, we were in & out of there in probably 10 minutes. Super easy transaction. Jesse even offered us a loaner fridge while we waited for the order to come in. Didn't need it, but I thought that was hella cool. When it came in a couple weeks later, Jesse and Dakota showed up to take our old fridge & set up the new one. Super pro experience with the install. Definitely not their first rodeo. I highly recommend Nichols Appliance, everything went super smooth every step of the way!

  We went around town looking for a washer and dryer comparing prices. Nichols Appliance was more than fair with their prices, delivered the same day. We had one hick-up we didn't have the right plug in for the dryer, I called them and they replaced it with the right one right away. Jesse, Derek, and (sorry I forgot the guy other guy's name,) when speaking with all of them I was so impressed with their customer service. Thank you guys!
