I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility is clean, safe, and very well maintained. We stored my daughter’s things here over the summer and checked out today.
I had forgotten the key to our storage unit, but Naomi at the front desk was incredibly kind, cheerful, and helpful. She immediately grabbed a drill, helped me get the lock opened, and had me taken care of with absolutely no waiting around. She really sprung into action and made what could have been a stressful situation very easy.
I would definitely use this Extra Space Storage location again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, secure place with excellent customer service. Thank you, Naomi!
