  Our service tech, Shane was awesome! Friendly, thorough and explained the plan of treatment before he began. He listened carefully of my concern about wanting the natural, safer form of treatment and the areas I pointed out. Grest service! I’m glad I chose Clark Peat control for our home.

  Shane did an outstanding job! He spent nearly two hours working extremely hard and was very thorough. He removed all the spiderwebs and spiders and carefully treated the entire area. He was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to every detail. This was truly excellent service, and I would highly recommend Shane. He deserves more than five stars!

  I wanted to take the time to specifically recognize Shane because he deserves credit for the way he approaches his work. He was incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely thorough. I’m a very detail-oriented person myself, so I tend to notice things, document what I’m seeing, and connect pieces of information that might otherwise be easy to overlook. Shane not only appreciated that, he was receptive to it. We were able to exchange observations and ideas, including a few ways that newer technology and better-quality documentation could potentially be useful in identifying pests and even helping the business. What impressed me most, though, was Shane’s own curiosity and attention to detail. He listened, explained what he was seeing, shared his knowledge, and took the time to actually understand what was happening around my property rather than simply treating it as another appointment to get through. I also think work like his deserves more recognition than it sometimes receives. Good pest control isn’t just about getting rid of bugs. It helps protect a property and its value, prevents small problems from becoming larger ones, and gives the people living there a greater sense of comfort and safety in their own home. Shane treated my home like the work mattered. He was thoughtful, observant, thorough, and genuinely pleasant to have here. You can tell the difference between someone who is simply completing a job and someone who cares about doing that job well. I hope Shane gets the recognition he deserves, because employees like him are an asset not only to the customers they help, but to the company they represent.

  I don't usually write Google reviews before I've even started service, but I was so impressed that I wanted to share my experience. The sales representative from Clark Pest Control named Parker, was incredibly kind, honest, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and was transparent about what to expect. I felt comfortable enough to sign up on the spot, and I'll be canceling my service with Terminix tomorrow. One thing that really stood out to me is that Clark service control already services several of my neighbors, so they're familiar with the pest issues in our area and know exactly what to look for and treat. On top of that, their mosquito guarantee was a huge bonus! Great customer service is hard to find these days, and this was one of those experiences where you just know you're in good hands. I'm genuinely excited to start working with Clark Pest Control and highly recommend giving them a call!
